GoogleGiven the current restrictions on viewing properties, I found the virtual tour video Cherry recorded of a property I was interested in to be incredibly helpful, certainly the best virtual tour video I have come across during my property search. It was informative and in depth and gave us a real sense of what the house was like. A real credit to Church Robinson.

GoogleThe team here were absolutely brilliant. I needed to move really quickly and they went out of their way to make this happen for me. From the point of my first enquiry about the room I was moved in within 2.5 weeks. They were always available via phone/email and response times were brilliant. All the paperwork, references etc were very legit and I was in contact with correct person at each stage. I am extremely pleased with the service, namely Sian, Freyea and Vanessa who I had close contact with. However, every individual I spoke to throughout the process was an asset to the team. They keep you constantly updated with the progress of your application and are also young person friendly in terms of references/payslips which as a newly employed student is brilliant. I had a very low availability due to distance/working and they accommodated that from the viewing times to my parents collecting the keys. I could not recommend this estate agent enough and I would definitely use them again Overall, my experience with Jones Robinson meant that even during Covid-19, I found a really suitable property for me and they reduced the stress of this process 10-fold.

GoogleWe've had a fantastic experience with Jones Robinson and Jo and Toyah are quite simply a powerhouse! They have kept us informed every step of the way - from the initial valuation through to the final stages of the selling process. Having to navigate viewings through lockdown was tricky for us as vendors but Jo and Toyah managed the process perfectly and with sensitivity. They are quite simply the most proactive estate agents out there!

GoogleNot Stephen, but Rachel [?!] I just wanted to leave a review to commend the service I received as a first time single buyer. I contacted Jones Robinson in May regarding wanting to explore my options and originally spoke to Mollie who went above and beyond for me. In fact, every member of the team I met with and spoke to either over the phone or on email made the whole searching process easy. The calls were informative and helpful, all criteria's were acknowledged and understood so there was no repeating, in a nut-shell they really listened. I originally contacted all other estate agents in the Newbury area and I either got no response or a very, very delayed, lacklustre response. I felt as if the people at Jones Robinson actually cared about the people they were helping to find properties, not just the usual sales jargon! There was no questions that were trouble and every time I engaged with anyone at Jones Robinson I felt that their customer service superseded all other estate agents. I cannot rate them enough. It can be stressful and nerve-wracking buying your own property, especially for the first time independently, but everyone at Jones Robinson were always available to assist. Special mentions to Mollie, who was delightful, thoughtful and made the process a lot less daunting - suggesting a variety of schemes and properties that would be suited to me personally. Also Beth, Amber and Andrew for assisting with getting me booked in and showing me around the properties. Every time I would call up the staff were always cheerful and happy to help, which makes such a big difference. I would also like to commend them for making the viewings possible and easy despite the pandemic as they provided clear guidelines. To reiterate, their cheerfulness in this uncertain time made every viewing a more pleasant experience. Jones Robinson certainly outshone all the other estate agents in Newbury, I will be sure to recommend them and use them again in the future.

GoogleThe team at Jones Robinson are fantastic. As first time buyers, they were by our side the whole way through the process, offering professional and friendly service whenever we needed it. A big shout out to Beth S, Edward and Paula for handling our first property purchase. You have all been so helpful and committed to getting this over the line and you've put up with our incessant questions! We'd especially like to thank Paula. Her communication has been fantastic, and something I admired most was that although working part time, she was always on hand after her hours if we needed a question answered or some advice. So thank you once again, we can't fault your service and professionalism which I feel is second to none. I highly recommend using Jones Robinson, and will happily do so if we come to sell.

GoogleJust bought a house from Jones Robinson during the coronavirus crisis. Despite the situation everything went very smoothly. The Agents service was excellent. They were always friendly, helpful and available whenever I rang with queries. Strongly recommended.

GoogleJones Robinson are not like most estate agents. I recently bought a flat through Jones Robinson in Devizes. First of all Mikyle put himself in my shoes and gave me extremely helpful, insightful advice - in a different league to an estate agent I have previously experienced. The vendor turned out to be extremely difficult - but it was a nice flat! Jones Robinson pulled out all the stops to speed the process up and continued to give excellent, objective advice. At one point the sale almost fell through but once again, Jones Robinson saved the day. I recommend them 100%. What is more I found them to be really nice people to deal with.
