GoogleA big thanks to Paula, Sara, Rachel and Amber at Jones Robinson who helped me through a very difficult and much delayed purchase from a developer. They kept doggedly at it and in the end it all came good. A great team effort and especial thanks to Paula who plugged away for more than six months to keep things moving.

Their communication skills have been excellent and they have given us good, sound advice throughout. GoogleExreamly poor with little to no transparency on exchange and completion timescales. No idea not customer care, you could be waiting months to exchange and complete, a carrot of information and excuses will be given to keep you hanging on.

Dear Garry, I am extremely sorry for the way in which this whole saga has turned out for you and I do not blame you at all for being so upset however I must address some of the claims made in your review. It is clear from our records that we couldn't have been more open and communicative than we have been with you and that we certainly do care about co-operating with our customers. Throughout the sale we were reliant on the information that was provided by the developer, the anticipated completion dates that we passed on to you were ones given to us and we are sorry that none of those dates provided materialised. I completely understand your disappointment but I do not accept that we are culpable of poor communication or customer care. As I have offered many times previously, please call me if you would like to discuss this further. I cannot express how truly sorry I am for the frustration and disruption that this has caused and I wish you all the very best for the future. Best regards, Charles.

GoogleSold a property for the first time with Jones Robinson Newbury. It turned out to be a very complex and time consuming sale for various reasons but their sales progression team (in particular, Paula) was outstanding in keeping all parties up to date and chasing where needed. Outstanding service and would highly recommend.

GoogleWe are grateful to Andrew and Mikyle at Jones Robinson for successfully negotiating on our behalf our offer for the property. There was a problem with a water leak which had damaged a ceiling. Understandably we were anxious that this should be rectified before completing the purchase. True to form, this was resolved rapidly by Jones Robinson who also ascertained the cause. The final touch, on completion, was a bottle of Sauvignon which was very gratefully received. I would recommend Jones Robinson to anyone considering a property sale/purchase.
