GoogleI am giving 5 stars with no hesitation. It started with a visit from the wonderful James and then Paul took me through the process to the finish. It was by no means straight forward and was fraught with difficulties and let downs along the way. The stresses and strains were of the chart. Paul was a rock throughout, he kept my spirits up and was always supportive and reassuring. Everyone in the office is great and nothing is too much. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this experience with Jones Robinson has been head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you so much to Paul and the team.

GoogleAs a letting agent I find them "on the ball" and pro-active. Always return my calls and very flexible on arrangements. Clare is particularly helpful... Elle has also been a "superstar" in helping me resolve an issue with an energy supplier. Nikki has also been very helpful and proactive. Highly recommended...

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Jones Robinson Estate Agents in Devizes who have recently helped with the sale of our parents home. Everything went smoothly and they went the extra mile when asked to assist with viewings, carry out empty property inspections for insurance purposes and even taking final meter reading for us as we live in Scotland! Andrew Francis communicated well throughout the process and was well supported by Izzy. Andrew also put us in contact with a local charity KFR who provided a cost effective home clearance and cleaning service. Well done and thanks once again.

The house moving process is stressful enough but the staff at Jones Robinson always put us at ease and ensured we were constantly updated. I would recommend Jones Robinson to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A special mention to Andrew our sales manager, he provided us a 5 star service at every step of the way. GoogleI have just sold and bought properties through Jones Robinson Marlborough and highly recommend them. The whole experience was made as painless as it can be by a very professional team who really do go above and beyond. The initial visit and valuation made it clear that their service is very much tailored to individual needs, the photos and marketing of the property were excellent and the sales team arranged viewings in blocks to cause minimum disruption giving me timely feedback from them. During the sale/purchase stage the sales progression team worked tirelessly to keep the momentum and again kept me updated. A very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI recently purchased a house from Jones Robinson Estate Agents, Pewsey. I found the manager Toby, and his team to be very responsive to my enquires and a pleasure to deal with. The company also provide a link on their website regarding all that Pewsey has to offer. This was really useful when family and friends were asking me "why are you moving there?" A short while after the move I received and after sales phone call from Toby. I told him I was struggling trying to place a double mattress on the base. Within 10 minutes he popped round and helped me with the task. I was beyond grateful! On completion I received a very tasty bottle of Simul Movere Gin which was a perfect (and much needed ;) Great Estate Agents situated in one of the most friendly and beautiful parts of Wiltshire
