GoogleMe and my wife were looking for a house and registered with most of the estate agents in Didcot. What really stood out for us was Church Robinson, and especially Calum Sykes. Calum was always polite, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed whenever a new property came onto the market. Although other agents would simply send generic emails, Calum made sure to personally contact us as soon as there was a new house on the market that suited our requirements. He also helped us understand what to expect when buying a house, which made the whole process much less daunting. We couldn’t fault his service and would highly recommend Calum Sykes and Church Robinson to anyone looking to buy a home in Didcot.

Daniel O'Hanlon was brilliant from the start; he showed me the property several times and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my initial questions with ease. He clearly knows his stuff and made the viewing process very smooth. Dawn Pannell was also excellent throughout the progression of the sale. Her communication was top-notch, and she was incredibly proactive in keeping on top of the solicitors to ensure the deal pushed through. Great communication from the whole team throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services!

GoogleWe found no fault with the team at the Lambourn Office. Very professional and helpful. Their guidance of the sale process was excellent and we had weekly updates on progress of our sale and purchase from them. Any queries that we had were dealt with enthusiastically and in good time. GoogleA big thank you to Jo, Paul and the team for their work in selling a property in Newbury. This probate sale was handled both sensitively and efficiently, despite some market uncertainty a buyer was found relatively quickly. I was always kept well informed without the communication feeling over the top. Jo is attentive and dedicated but more importantly is realistic and honest, she tells it like it is and these attributes worked well for me. Whoever you are dealing with at Jones Robinson it is clear that the wider team brings a lot of capability that helps things run smoothly.

GoogleWe have been highly impressed and delighted with the way in which Toyah and her team at Lambourn have handled the entire process of the sale of our house. They were pro-active, extremely hard-working throughout and communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were dealt with in a clear and helpful manner. Their knowledge and familiarity with the property and the village was invaluable in the marketing and securing of a sale. When calling in to the local office unannounced one is always assured of a friendly and welcoming reception ! Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to engage in the future.
