GoogleI recently purchased a property from Church Robinson in Didcot and was very pleased with their services. Church Robinson in Didcot has a lovely personal touch compared to other estate agents. Cath at reception was very considerate when booking my appointments (taking into account we had to come from a distance and making sure we didn't have a massive gap in viewings). Cherry and Nat were both great at our house viewings, highlighting key positives from each property. I liked their selling style as it didn't feel pushy (although of course when you know something is a big negative for you- like the lack of parking space- you still have to make your own judgement as they won't come out and say it is a disadvantage). George who dealt with my offer was prompt in communicating matters to the vendors so all in all it has been great to use their services. Would recommend and would use again in future if needed.

We are obviously disappointed to read your comments, however, on checking with our Lettings department, we have processed a full refund of your holding deposit today, we have not charged you for the referencing and we are unable to comment regarding the landlord's decision. As you will see from our many other legitimate reviews, our staff are certainly not as you describe.
