Both the viewing experience and after office support were so well managed and a usually stressful situation was made easy and effortless. GoogleWe've had nothing but positive experiences so far with John German - our sales negotiator Hannah Sharp has been incredibly helpful, as have the other members of the team I have spoken to. Calls are returned quickly and promptly, information is communicated well, and above all everyone is friendly and personable. I'm hoping we won't need to buy or sell again for several decades now, but would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking to move.

GoogleCouldn't recommend John German highly enough. They got our sale and purchase through to exchange under quite challenging and fustrating circumstances. Easily to contact and always happy to chase down the chain and they updated me very frequently. They really couldn't have done more, particularly Claire from the Stafford Sales progression team. Hopefully we won't be moving again, but if we do I would have no hesitation in instructing them again.
