GoogleWhere do we start! It’s been the most stressful and emotional journey we have ever been on with the sale of our house. After 5/6 months of waiting around in the middle of a difficult chain, John German helped us get it over the line and to completion. Special thanks for Alex for coming out at short notice to value the house and list it as we had somewhere we wanted to buy. I cannot thank Maddie at Derby/Ashbourne enough for everything she has done for us. Listened to me have meltdown after meltdown and being so very helpful, even helping us out of hours. Even taking ownership of the sale so we had just one port of contact to make things easier: A lot of city centre agents talk the talk and say they’re brilliant but we honestly wouldn’t work with another agent ever again! John German were faultless and a real pleasure to work with. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”. Alex and Maddie are a true asset to the company and once again we cannot thank you enough for helping us.

GoogleI’ve lived in a house let by John German for 2 years and they’ve been nothing less then a 5 star worthy service. The team have been very quick with any issues I’ve reported and were really supportive when changing the joint tenancy this year. Charlotte in particular has been an absolute star.

GoogleJust wanted to put on record how helpful we’ve found Charlotte to be since taking over as our Tenancy Manager. She is very quick to respond to queries, is well informed on legislation, gets things sorted speedily with the Landlord and is really easy to talk to. She also has an extremely respectful attitude when it comes to visiting our home - impressed by the fact that she has arrived for several routine inspections wearing a mask throughout the pandemic without us having to ask her!! 🎉🎉

GoogleWe have always found the staff at John German to be professional and polite. Charlotte has been our point of contact during the time we have rented and she has always been on hand to answer questions and replies very quickly. She has been a big help to us at the end of our tenancy.

GoogleI have been renting from John German for 4 years always paid on time every month from my own personal bank account. I took the tenancy out with my partner at the time and we split up 6 months ago and I had to file a domestic abuse charge against him, I have been looking for a new property since and have now found one. Josie Walker of john Germán Loughborough made my partner aware I was leaving and I cannot be sure but may have even let him know my new address. Admittedly I had not made JG aware I had reports filed with the police for domestic abuse but upon hearing I was moving he started the abuse again and has since applied for the deposit which they promptly gave him having never had no contact with him or he paid a penny in the whole 4 years…… disappointed is an understatementNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAbsolutely useless. Their Letting Manager sat on the property for 3 months, promised the earth and delivered nothing. Then she told me their Tenancy Manager had recently left the company and they couldn't take my property on. So I'm left with an unnecessary 3 month void period and considerable costs. Avoid. There are far more competent Lettings Agents to choose from.

I understand there have been attempts to obtain the required safety certificates for the property before marketing, which have not been forthcoming and therefore caused the delay. John German.

GoogleIf you ever sell/buy a property with John German in Loughborough, Charlie Lockhart is the lady to go to. The sale of my daughters and son in law’s property was far from straight forward.
