We are sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience. We can confirm that your calls were returned, although not always immediately, as our team are frequently in appointments and viewings. We do always endeavour to respond as promptly as possible.
With regard to the offer, the property received more than one offer and, as is standard practice, all interested parties were invited to submit their best and final terms so our client could make an informed decision. We understand that you chose to withdraw your offer at that stage as you did not wish to proceed in a competitive situation.
All offers were presented to the seller, and the final decision rests entirely with them. A property remaining SSTC for a period of time simply reflects the legal process progressing and does not necessarily indicate that a sale has fallen through.

I dont really understand why you would choose an online Estate Agent as you need all of this support and great understanding of the local area to make your house move flow as smooth as it can and it is a small price to pay for this.
