The sales side was handled excellently but our review is to thank Ian for all the hard work and effort he put into progressing our sale during the last few weeks of the process. Unfortunately our buyers had used a solicitor for conveyancing who at the end were dreadful at best. Thanks to Ian’s persistence we got over the line at the very last minute.

GoogleWe had a number of different estate agents turn up to value our house and John German were the most prepared and professional when they arrived.
The listing and the pictures were great and they were pretty active in advertising it across numerous sites.
The only criticism I have is they didn’t offer to host house viewings for us by default - we had to ask for it. There were several visits where I had to come home from work to accommodate before this was sorted.
Also they lost our house keys, which (for an estate agent) is kind of a biggy. They didn’t have details about our address on the keys and they paid for another set to be cut but it did concern us.
They stuck with us through a couple of sales that fell through and were always happy to chat through things over the phone.

Good afternoon David. Our sincere apologies that you are disappointed with the service and the tenant we found for you - despite passing full credit checks and referencing. You employed us on our Tenant Find Only service which is a one off fee at the start of the tenancy.
For those landlords who self manage, the onus is on them to contact their tenants regarding rent payments and management of the property during the tenancy. Only our fully managed clients have the benefit of our rent arrears chasing service. There are many reasons why a tenant may suddenly find themselves in a situation where rent payments become difficult which unfortunately cannot be foreseen.
