GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from the start. The lettings team are fantastic, nothing too much for them and very responsive with everything with a positive response. Jessica who I viewed the property with was very helpful and informed me of everything I could wish to know. Becky who managed my application process also couldn’t have been more helpful with everything I asked no matter how small and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Charlie who released the keys to the property I am letting give everything a once over and gave me a welcome pack which was really thoughtful and topped the whole process off. I wouldn’t recommend any other estate agents. A big Thankyou for all your help.

They guided us through the process of purchasing our house and offered advise and guidance when we weren't sure about something. They also provided a nice gift box for when the purchase completed which was a nice surprise.

GoogleMyself and my partner relocated to Uttoxeter for work and were apprehensive about finding somewhere as we are completely new to the area. From start to finish John German were brilliant, very professional and helpful. Becky, who dealt with most of our process, was so friendly and efficient and it really made this stress free. Tina showed us around the property and was super happy to answer questions about the local area. On move in day, the gentleman who handled the key release was very welcoming and wished us well. Thank you John German, we would recommend you to anyone looking for property in this area.

GoogleThe whole team at John German were excellent during my house selling process. From the initial valuation through to completion, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I loved the photos and sales brochure they did for my property and the house sold within days. I would recommend JG without reservation and they would always be my first choice in Uttoxeter.

It was specifically noticeable when Jessica N joined the team and took over the progression of the property sale.
