This is a review from Avril Clark - Petersham. More local agents to my house advised me not to use John D Wood of Richmond for this letting, as they did not have sufficient presence in our area. They could not have been more wrong! Of the four agents whom I commissioned they were far and away the most productive; being the most professional, speedy and energetic. Within hours of taking them on, the first viewings were fixed, the photographer booked etc. etc. I was so impressed with Alexandra and all the team. She was incredibly obliging in all respects - both with the negotiation of our terms and her understanding of my particular circumstances. Within the first week, she had presented me with 2 equally attractive potential candidates whom it was hard to choose between. Here again, her advice was invaluable. By the end of the week, the deposit was lodged and credit checks were underway. I could not fault their service in any way, would certainly recommend them to all, and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Harriet Winfield is professional, smart and lovely to deal with. More importantly she listened to my strict criteria and managed to find me the perfect property with in a few days of it coming on the market. I can't thank her enough! Also Edward Hall and Jane Marshall are a great sales team, they always kept me informed and did a fantastic job selling my house. I would highly recommend this team

Carlotta is the best agent ever, show me two different flats, and give me so many advice. We become a good friend later 😁. Love you! …

We have felt listened to and supported by Radi, our letting agent. Kind and available, he offered solution to complex issues. We thank him for this. However, we found the Homelet services intrusive and lacking of respect on individual 's choices of profession. Maybe not the best partner ever!

I had a really good experience with my move, helped enormously by Radi at John D Wood in Notting Hill. He was extremely efficient, detailed, prompt and responsive. It's been the least stressful move I've ever made, and that's been 10 in the last 18 years. I just hope I don't need to move again for rather a long time...

Wish i could give then a 0. Almost 18 months in a property and from move in to move out, maintenance issues were not fixed. I have wait over 2 months to receive our deposit back even though we filled out all the necessary docs straight away and there are no issues, it's just taken them 10 days to reply to emails with confirmations.... NEVER going to use them again.

Had a great experience with Jay, who showed me several relevant apartments and was very personable, responsive, and pro-active. Ultimately opted for an apartment listed by a different agency, but that was certainly not for lack of effort or faith in Jay. Would look him up if I were apartment searching again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Highly recommend. We did a couple viewings around Notting Hill Gate and South Kensington. Carlotta Plasencia was genuine, professional and provided us with all the information we needed. She even gave us a ride to visit again one of the properties we saw in the morning we really liked. I hope the team at Notting Hill takes this review into account and gives Carlotta the recognition she deserves. Will come back to John D Wood for my future letting inquiries.

Jay was really great. Unlike other agents, he actually took the time to listen to what I wanted. He worked very hard to find flats that met those criteria and didn't waste my time showing me flat after flat. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Carlotta Plasencia was in charge of arranging the views of several studios and we were very pleased she managed to show us around 6 studios in one day because as we are both working is very hard to find a time when we are both available, so it was important that we saw several different studios in order to make a decision. Also great help she could talk to us in Spanish, so many questions were better answer thanks to her language skills. She was very kind and patient with all our questions and she always answered text messages and phone calls. Thank you!
