Alexandra helped me secure a short let accommodation, and she has been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. The schedule was quite tight because I wanted to move in within a few days of signing an agreement, but Alexandra made it happen by staying on top of things. She would be checking emails and following up even outside the work hours. She was also very honest in her dealing. I could feel she genuinely cared about both me and the landlord. Highly recommended!

John D Wood Richmond Branch is a nightmare. They are trying to charge for the damages which they were before the tenancy started. Although the first inspection report clearly proves that the damages were there before we enter the house, they still keep trying to charge it. For your sake, I strongly recommend you avoid them.

We had a really stressful time as a buyer with JDW Esher. Details of the conditions of our offer we’re not passed onto vendor at all; when confronted with this when the transaction was at risk, it was glossed over / denied. We were also told a delayed completion was ‘impossible’. We ended up dealing direct with vendor, with a delayed completion, without issue. Got the feeling JDW were happy for us to lose out and simply switch to another buyer.
