GoogleWe have recently completed on our beautiful forever home purchased through Intercounty. The team at Saffron Walden were incredibly helpful through the process with Sarah being particularly helpful - especially during the last few weeks leading up to exchange. Our shining star though was Hayley, the Sales Progressor based at Great Dunmow. We were hugely impressed by her communication from the moment our offer was accepted right through to exchange day. She kept us updated throughout the whole process, politely asked for updates from us and continuing to pass on any information she had about the progression of the chain...particularly during the stressful lead up to exchange. We cannot thank Intercounty enough for not only ensuring we had a successful and stress-free purchase, but for all your incredible knowledgeable helpful staff. The lovely gift we received from you when we picked up the keys on completion day was the icing on the cake! Thank you so much Intercounty!

GoogleWe used Intercounty for both our sale and purchase, which eventually turned into quite a lengthy and at times fairly intense chain process with plenty of moving parts, pressure and last-minute twists along the way. Throughout all of it, Hayley (specifically) was consistently transparent, proactive and supportive. What really stood out was her communication and experience navigating the realities of chain politics and the more pressured side of the process, whilst still remaining calm, honest and approachable throughout. By the final stretch there was probably more chasing, negotiating and brinkmanship across the chain than any of us would have ideally wanted, but Hayley genuinely helped get matters over the line and we really appreciated all her efforts from start to finish. Thank you again Hayley and the wider Intercounty team.

GoogleI recently purchased a property where Intercounty was the agent. While all areas of my experience were great, I was particularly impressed with Abby and the sales progression. This is my third purchase, with several others that have fallen through, and Abby is the only person I’ve encountered who regularly gave updates as and when she said she would. The updates were clear, helpful and timely. Which, honestly, has been incredibly rare with in experience with other agents in the Harlow, Stortford and Stansted areas. I was able to step back from the process and trust Abby was chasing everyone in a timely manner - where previously it’s been me who’s done all the chasing. If I’m ever to move again, I will definitely be using the Intercounty Harlow team as I know they’ll take good care of the sale. (I was not asked to leave this review, I genuinely just thought the team deserved the praise!)

GoogleI had a great experience with Intercounty Harlow, especially Kelsey Foster. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the viewing process. The apartment was presented beautifully, everything was clean, well maintained, and looked even better than I expected. As my wife couldn't attend the viewing, Kelsey kindly allowed me to take videos of the property so I could show her afterwards, which I really appreciated. All my questions were answered and made the viewing feel relaxed and informative. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Intercounty Harlow and would like to thank Kelsey for all her help.
