Communication was excellent throughout, from Dan introducing us to the process, valuing the house and taking into account our priorities, to Annabel and Poppy showing it, and finally to Hayley to seeing it through.
We felt Intercounty got the price just right, and though there is always some luck involved with timing with property, we received an offer very quickly. Even if we hadn't, we were made aware of a very clear marketing strategy from the very beginning.
The whole process was seamless, Intercounty were great to deal with. Thoroughly recommend!
