GoogleReally good experience from start to finish with Intercounty Stansted, every member of the team we spoke with were friendly and really helpful and they made it a really smooth process for us. Carol specifically was really helpful with explaining the different steps of the process to us as first time buyers, helping us to chase things up, keeping us updated and just generally supporting! Would definitely use again and recommend 😊

GoogleGreat experience buying and selling through Intercounty Stansted. The team really do know the local market, and I had a sale agreed in excess of the asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market. Tom, Liz, Carol and the whole team continued their support through the whole process until completion day. They really did make the process as stress-free as possible, and Carol worked very hard to progress the sale. Very helpful having the office located locally in the village so that you’re able to drop in when it’s needed.

GoogleI’ve had a very positive experience with Intercounty Harlow, particularly with Luisa Dino. She has been extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout, always keeping me updated and making sure everything was dealt with efficiently. Luisa is friendly, approachable and genuinely takes the time to help. Her communication and customer service have been excellent, and it has been a pleasure dealing with her. GoogleOutstanding service from everyone in the team and a genuine sense of attention to detail. In particular, Reece Malcolm was exceptional, in a world suffocated by AI and keypad call routing, it was like a breath of fresh air to speak with a real person who understood the customers needs, owned the transaction from start to finish and delivered positively and promptly to every question I raised. Reece was like a Ray of sunshine in the otherwise grey, gloomy and ever decreasing standards of customer service. 11/10

GoogleIntercounty Dunmow helped me with the sale of my shared ownership property. The housing association had listed the property as required for 3 months with not a single viewing arranged. I was deflated about it and Intercounty changed the whole thing. I was very impressed by the initial appointment and how quickly they got it on the market. Intercounty handled all of the viewings and communicated really well throughout. Very quickly I received offers and the sale was arranged. Unfortunately the first buyer pulled out at the last minute. Intercounty again very quickly found another buyer. I spoke mostly with Annabel Gurnett who was great both times! After the sale was agreed Hayley French progressed the sale and without her I’m not sure what I would have done, it felt like she made it her personal mission to get it done. The buyers solicitor was very slow and Hayley sent multiple chaser emails and kept me updated throughout. It made the process much less stressful, so thank you so much. Overall everyone was really helpful and technically sold the flat twice (thankfully only charging me once!). Really good team, highly recommended!

GoogleI was recommended Intercounty by a friend. Intercounty were fantastic from start to finish. We sold and purchased, little hiccups on the way but all the staff were so helpful and supportive. Other agents in the chain were most obstructive but Intercounty liaised for us which took away some of the stress. I would definitely use again.

I must thank Will Jobber and his team that put the photos and marketing together and took care of the viewings, and also Doug who shepherded the sale through to completion once an offer was accepted and did well keeping us posted with regular updates. GoogleDoug Whybrow, the Sales Progressor at Intercounty was an absolute mensch, he really helped get our sale over the finish line. There were a lot of delays and issues caused by the solicitor, but Doug kept on top of everything and kept the lines of communication going between all the different parts of the chain. His sense of humour also really helped during the stressful moments! Thank you Doug!
