GoogleDunmow office worst estate agent i have ever dealt with. Checked out 9 days ago havnt heard a peep. Still have my £3k deposit! I have called the office 5 times spoken to various staff who all said they would get back and still nothing!! Going to report to ARLA if it doesnt get sorted tomorrow by 5pm. On top of that i left my pool table at the property which the landlord agreed to buy off me. Have i seen a penny? Of course not. Is it that hard to get back to me instead of saying on the phone you will "look in it" and then not calling me back. Useless.

GoogleMy family and I were looking to move away from London. We found Intercounty by chance encounter as we drove through Sawbridgeworth, originally planning to drive to Saffron Walden to view other properties. Your team were so friendly and knowledgeable and with credit to them we found our dream home in Sawbridgeworth. We really want to thank the fantastic team at your Sawbridgeworth branch, firstly finding our amazing home and secondly for such amazing support throughout, what is undeniably, a stressful process! Kindest regards

GoogleUnlike some estate agents Intercounty deliver a really personal service, they were really helpful when trying to find a house to rent, and kept us informed every step of the way
