GoogleFrom start to finish, Intercounty were a pleasure to work with. Andrew, Ben and the team were professional throughout the entire process of selling my flat. GoogleMy husband and I were recently looking to rent a property in Dunmow. The lovely lady we dealt with was Lauren Cook, who went out of her way for us. I cannot even begin to describe the excellent service we received from her. Nothing was too much trouble. Lauren constantly kept in contact with me, was back and forth between the owner of the property and myself to accommodate both parties. I believe she is an asset to Intercounty and recommend anyone looking for property, to deal with Lauren. Thank you Lauren for all your help, it was so appreciated. Regards Nikki Ducci

GoogleWanted to say a HUGE thank you to Intercounty, for helping us finally move house. We sold our house with them and they have been fantastic throughout, always helpful, quick and efficient. Andrew, Ben, Jenny and Archie. Always being polite on the phone answering all my questions. And for selling our home when we wasn’t even in the country! It’s been emotional to say the least! GoogleDidn't get to even view anything from this company as they were really unorganised, let me know about viewings being cancelled incredibly late, once was when I was on the train heading to the property. Trying to get any viewings just for one property was a lot harder then other estate agents I've dealt with. They seemed to have an issue with me being self employed even though my partner is employed full time. I asked multiple times for contact via email because of my job which they said they could do but continued to bombard me with calls and voicemails. I spoke to someone different each time I called back, who didn't seem to know what was going on. Once I informed them I had found somewhere with another estate agents they still continued to call me to see how everything was going which I felt was a bit odd, almost like they were checking up on me to see if anything would go wrong with this other estate agents. I ended up blocking the number because of the volume of unwanted calls I had. Kind of glad I didn't go with this company in the end. If you want unwanted calls all the time then by all means go with Intercounty but I wouldn't go back to them.

GoogleAs of writing this post I would highly recommend intercounty as the letting agent to go to. I had huge issues with another, very corrupt and unethical letting agent (fox) previous to this, so I really appreciate the honest, quick and helpful service intercounty provide. I found their estate agents to be very honest, not so much of the salesmany vibe you usually get, they were fast and effective at their job. They didn't call too little or too often and are always friendly and genuine. The biggest thanks I can I've them is for the free advice they gave me before I became a client and had my issues with Fox. I asked them about the legality of what the owner of fox was trying to do in keeping my money, and they explained everything to me and how what the owner was trying was intact illegal. They massively helped in me winning the battle with fox and getting my money back. As for being a tenant with them they always get back to me, if my property manager doesn't respond in time someone else picks up the email. They are always very friendly when coming for property visits and very quick as to not take up too much time.

GoogleDoug is great - I’ve dealt with him on a move before, which was horrendously stressful (due to other factors) and he really helped to keep things as calm as possible for me. So, I was delighted when he was also working on this move! Excellent and friendly service, twice now!

Googlebought the property through the agent and experienced extremely supportive and accommodating need of the customer be it buyer / seller. Interacted with Jack and Doug and both are outstanding in terms of customer relationships and would mostly be available over the phone. Doug as a sales progressor helped us get over the line when there were significant challenge in connecting with bottom of the chain and chasing every day from pillar to post. excellent services with Jack available to honour our appointment we sought to visit the property at numerous occassions.

GoogleThe best lettings team in Bishops Stortford by far! Everyone we spoke to in this team was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Harry Stylianou in particular really listened to what we needed to find in a house. It felt like we were his only client because he took such a personal approach to helping us find and secure a place and was really honest and upfront which was so refreshing. We are now living in our dream house thanks to him! Highly recommend using this team.
