I would like to acknowledge how impress I am with the professionalism of Harry S. from the Intercounty Bishops Stortford Team. Harry showed to have excellent communication skills and excellent customer satisfaction interest. We end up to rent with Intercounty because he was the reason for us to trust in the Intercounty. Thanks Harry, we hope you continue your brilliant journey.

I have recently purchased a house with Intercounty. As my first purchase in a long time, they have been an excellent source of information and support. Doug, the Sales Progressor was excellent, communicating effectively between all parties to made the process much smoother and going beyond the call of duty. Very happy with the service!

The service and professionalism of James Nunn and Doug Whybrow at Intercounty has been of top quality. Both of these lads have been courteous and respectful from the viewing of the property to the completion. All queries and advice were greatly appreciated, especially some of the solicitor jargon.

So where do I start, having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, once in a while you come across an absolute gem, and that gem in the case of Intercounty is Kristy!! From day one of booking a viewing, which she managed to sort within a couple of hours notice, she was nothing but outstanding. My case wasn't at all straight forward, and instead of getting the usual brush off, Kristy done everything within her power to make it happen, and low and behold it did, within a few weeks I was in and settled. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Amy, who looked after all the contract side of things, Intercounty better keep these two happy thats all I can say lol!! Thanks again girls

Really great service even throughout the difficult lockdown period. Doug was brilliant, keeping both sides informed at all stages of the sale. We also cannot fault the sales team although we didn’t get any one particular person to thank personally, they were all fab.

Purchased a property with Intercounty as the vendor's estate agent. Doug Whybrow has been a total gem throughout, persistent and dogged with solicitors and other agents, communicative, friendly, and a nice guy. We have no intention of moving any time soon, but Intercounty will be top of our list if we do!

We recently brought a property with Intercounty. James who handled our sale (until he was furloughed) was fantastic and super available (contactable at the weekend if needed), he couldn't have done more to help us get the sale over the line. I am impressed with their service and would recommend Intercounty to buyers in the area.

Intercounty have been superb from Jack at the start through to Doug the Sales Progressor. Jack was professional and courteous right from the start. The photos were great and we sold within 2 days of going on the internet. Doug took over and managed the whole process very smoothly. I couldn’t fault them!
