Used AI to modify pictures of a house on Rightmove and they didn't say this in the listing or add a watermark to the photos. Absolute time wasters!

Absolutely fantastic service from all of the staff at Intercounty Saffron Walden. From the very start to exchange of contracts all of the staff were very efficient. A special mention to Karen for going that extra mile in her commitment she showed us as customers. Her efficiency, support and understanding during the somewhat tricky times that came about during the sale was always there. A big thank you also to the rest of the team also, Ashley, Blake and Sarah you are superb and my husband and I would thoroughly recommend Intercounty if you want a more personal Estate Agent service.

We’ve had a great purchasing experience with Intercounty Saffron Walden. We recently used Intercounty to both sell our home and purchase our new one, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole team were brilliant at keeping us updated, making sure everything kept moving, and guiding us through what can easily become a stressful process. I had a great experience working with Jake. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and very responsive. Matt was incredibly helpful when we had a leak in our flat that damaged the ceiling. He was very responsive and offered great advice, which meant a stressful situation for both landlord and tenant was resolved as quickly as possible.

If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier. Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. I just purchased a property through these guys and they have been so helpful and accommodating for every part of the sale even with issues that are from other aspects and departments in the purchase process. Intercounty Sawbridgeworth are brilliant! Selling my dad's bungalow wasn’t straightforward and was complex at times, but Millie handled everything with outstanding professionalism and care.
