GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Intercounty Bishop’s Stortford. Natasha conducted the viewing and was amazing, friendly, professional, and very helpful. After that, I was supported by Reece Knight and Sheli, and both were excellent throughout the process. They were always very responsive, and whenever I called the office, my queries were handled promptly and professionally. Sheli, in particular, stood out, she was incredibly understanding, proactive, and always followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. Her support really made a difference. I viewed many properties through different letting agencies, but Intercounty provided one of the best experiences I’ve had. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their service!

There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care.
