GoogleWe purchased our house through Henry Adams Storrington and Ben and his team were always so helpful and kept us in the loop. As the property was previously rented, James and the rental team also helped enormously with sorting out a few issues that occurred along the way. So overall an excellent experience and we would highly recommend Henry Adams Storrington.

Always gave feedback from the viewings without our need to chase them up. Every step of the way (as sellers), we were informed of what was happening. I also appreciate that we were selling in a difficult market and Henry Adams worked very hard to secure a sale on our behalf.

My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit. Buying a home is already stressful enough on its own, you really don’t need the added frustration of dealing with people who either don’t know how to do their job or simply don’t care. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I got. The buying process was just as bad. It’s crystal clear that they only care about the money. No support, no follow-up, no courtesy, not even a basic congratulations card after spending a huge amount of money on a home. For a company that practically has a monopoly in the city, the quality of service is shockingly poor. If you have the option, choose another agency or deal directly with private sellers. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I would never use them again, and I genuinely advise others to avoid them.

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

GoogleI honestly can’t thank Gail enough for everything she did to get our purchase over the line. From start to finish, she was incredible, always on top of things, keeping us updated, and making sure the whole process kept moving forward. Her communication was amazing, and she went out of her way time and time again to make sure we felt supported and informed. Gail doesn’t just do the basics; she genuinely goes above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent. There were a few tricky moments along the way, but Gail’s determination and positivity kept everything on track. You could really tell she cared about getting the best outcome for us, and her hard work absolutely paid off. If you’re looking for an estate agents who’s proactive, kind, and truly dedicated to their clients, Henry Adam’s is the one you want on your side. We couldn’t have asked for better!

GoogleAs executor of my sister’s Will, I chose Henry Adams Haslemere to sell the property following receipt of the Grant of Probate and have absolutely no regrets in doing so. Living some 160 miles away, I met Mark at the beginning of the process to show him around the property, and again at the end of the process to hand over the keys following exchange of contracts. All other contacts have been made by telephone or email. Throughout the process, I have found Mark to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to any matters raised. He kept me up to date with any developments - positive or negative- as he was responsible for showing the property to potential buyers. I felt at all times he was in control of events especially as the current housing market has been challenging. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry Adams
