We are so grateful to Henry Adams and mostly to Will Papworthfor all the help he gave us with selling and moving. The process was a little tricky at times, however Will really looked after us and always communicated everything so well. Henry Adams sold our house twice due to losing our first buyer, they handled the situation so professionally and I always felt like they had our backs in the process. The communication could have been a little better at times, and I did have to do some chasing, but in the end we are very happy with our new home and can’t wait to move in. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was polite, friendly, and helpful. From what I understand, the original agent who dealt with us is no longer with the company, so that may explain some of the communication gaps. All in all, a smooth and speedy purchase with a professional team, and we’re grateful to Henry Adams for helping us secure our lovely new house.
