This was not a positive experience for us. Although communication was polite, there was no real assessment of our situation. After explaining that I have rented the same property for over 15 years with a perfect payment history, the focus was placed almost entirely on rigid criteria such as requiring a UK guarantor or 6, 12 months’ rent upfront. As a result, there was no realistic way to proceed, despite our long-term stability and full-time employment. While I continue to receive automated property listings, there was no meaningful support or willingness to consider our circumstances on an individual basis at the time we actively needed help. This approach may work for applicants who fit a very narrow profile, but for long-term, reliable tenants with real-life situations, it felt inflexible and discouraging.

The purchase was hassle free and she was always there at the end of the phone to deal with any queries I had. GoogleThey had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

GoogleBuying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do. We instructed Will Papworth to be our estate agent and to help us move. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in 2025. He is simply brilliant and is a safe pair of hands to get the job done. There were issues in the chain, as there always are, and he somehow managed to use his cool, calm and skillful powers of negotiation to ensure it all went smoothly. I trusted him to deliver and he did. I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent job!

FAKE GOLD ALERT Henry Adams Fine Art Auctioneers We bought a gold ring from Henry Adams Fine Art Auctioneers in a high-end jewelry sale for nearly £300. When we sent the ring to a jeweler to be resized , we were told by the jeweler that when they machine tested it, it turned out to be fake gold!! We sent it back to Henry Adams, explaining it was fake gold . Their TV celebrity emailed us to tell us, ''It was never sold as gold'' even though it was placed in a high-end jewelry sale... we never got our money back. Proper Betrug Tread with caution.

We did not sell with Henry Adam’s but we wish we had we bought a house they were selling they kept us informed all the way and on the day of completion they kept in touch all morning giving a very nice touch of a lovely card and a beautiful candle it was a lovely touch
