GoogleHenry Adams has recently completed the sale of our 1930’s house. The sale proved to be a long (a year and a half) and challenging one, with many delays and difficulties. The Henry Adams team were professional and supportive during the sale. They maintained good communication by both email and phone.

We invited all of the Horsham agents to value our property and discuss their proposition, but Sarah was the most personable and knowledgeable of those we saw. It was an easy decision to make, and one that more than worked to our advantage. Not only did we enjoy a smooth sale process, she also negotiated a better price than we had hoped for. Sarah is an asset to have on your side if you want to sell your house, and i cannot recommend her highly enough.

GoogleNeeded to move from Hove to Haywards Heath due to work. Tried several letting agents with not much luck then found Henry Adams.I found them so pleasant and very helpful right from the start. They soon found me the ideal property which was fantastic.All was going well until my past was causing problems and I thought I lost the property but that wasn't to be the case Lucy was so understanding and went out of her way to sort things out she was fantastic and because of Lucy and Henry Adams iam now sitting in the property very happy writing this review. YellFantastic lettings service
As first-time landlords, we were looking for a company that would take the hassle out of renting out our house. Henry Adams could not have been more helpful, more efficient or more professional. The entire process took less than two weeks, from the initial consultation to signing a contract with a tenant. We had one point of contact throughout (Lucy) who provided regular updates on viewings and potential tenants. We would not hesitate to recommend Henry Adams to anyone seeking a letting agent in the Haywards Heath area.

YellAmazing & So, So Helpful.
I had to buy specific flowers for an anniversary that are really hard to find, but this seemed not to be a problem for Daisy's who were very kind and attentive with their service. They met my difficult and short deadline and when I went to collect my flowers they were extremely polite and happy to help. My flowers also happened to be cheaper than expected which was a bonus! Thank you to all at Daisy's as the flowers made my parents very teary and happy!

YellDo not lose your money
this company was supposed to fully manage my property for a year. My tenants repainted and redecorated the property without permission. Due to Henry Adams' lack of any evidence to the contrary I was left over £1000 out of pocket. It's the perfect firm to rent a property off as you can do what you like. However, do not dream of letting your property through them. I wrote that without swearing too, a miracle when thinking about their incompetence.
