By far the most helpful and proactive estate agent we've ever used. They went the extra mile to keep our chain alive and we honestly think that without their constant intervention and appraisal of the various complexities we wouldn't have been able to complete. Great service, good valuation and didn't try to win my business by overvaluing the property but put it on at a price they could sell it for, got me two offers in the first 3 weeks and we sold and moved within 2 and half months. As with all things you get what you pay for and their experience and professionalism as well as the fact you always knew what was going on and could speak to someone when needed was worth every penny for avoiding the stress I hear some people go through with their estate agents!

I brought my Bungalow through Henry Adams in Bognor Regis High Street, the service was everything and more that I was expecting. The purchase was easy, went through without a hitch and I have had follow up communications from Henry Adams asking me if everything was ok. I also asked Henry Adams to get in touch with the sellers to ask a question about the pond in the garden and I received a full response via Henry Adams that answered my question and more. It was an amazing experience with Henry Adams when we dealt with them for a flat to rent in Haslemere. Daniel Wood was the letting manager who deserves great appreciation in showing the flat in no reluctance and to deal with all our needs quicky. The communication was faster as compared to other agencies either through email or phone calls. The process was quick and professional.
