GoogleWe used Henry Adams because they had successfully marketed and sold a house in close proximity to ours. The service provided in the sale of our own property was excellent, from the intial advice on how to best present the property to prospective buyers, preparing all the marketing material and administering buyer visits. All of the staff that we met were professional in their approach, efficient and friendly. We received an offer at not far off the suggested guide price within just over a month of coming to market and completion about 6 weeks after that, with good support from Toby Miller, Mark Adams and the rest of the team througout the process. We would have no hesitation in using Henry Adams' services again.

GoogleWe recently purchased a new build apartment through Henry Adams, and Gemma was our agent throughout. She was incredibly attentive, very quick to chase up delays from both ends, and was available to respond to emails pretty much immediately through the whole purchase process. We are incredibly grateful to Gemma for being so professional during our purchase, we genuinely believe that without her diligence the purchase may not have gone through! GoogleExtremely poor service we used them as our agent and entrusted them to have repairs etc done within good time and to a high standard. Their local handy man has done an absolutely awful job this is only seen now down the line ,not really sure what we've been paying for I suppose buy cheap by twice !. Some staff leave a lot to be desired
