GoogleAwful staff in this agency. Rude on the phone. Take weeks to fix things as simple as replacing a smoke alarm. And when you leave the rented property be prepared to wait a long time to get your deposit back and dont expect any communication from these cowboys! Avoid!!

GoogleBuying a house is probably the most ridiculously stressful experience, but if you have an Estate Agent like Ali Martin, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Time and again she has kept me sane and I have felt both supported and valued by her on numerous occasions during this process. Everyone always writes about the bad experiences, but Ali has literally been the difference between me pulling my hair out and us actually getting to buy our new house on time. GoogleHenry Adams sold our previous house 11 years ago. They have just sold our recent house and both times the service has been exemplary in every respect. Now experiencing other agents in a different area i realise how lucky we were. If you are in or around Haslemere do not go anywhere else.

GoogleFrom start to finish - the service received was exemplary. I couldn't be happier. The old adage you get what you pay for certainly rings true here. Calls were followed up in a timely manner, buyers chased, and my place, after a VERY very long journey, through multiple agents, sold. Their photographer contractor was superb (and actually professional) - honestly, the service I got was that of if I was selling a very high end property. I'm definitely going to use Henry Adams again if selling within the Haslemere catchment.

GoogleFlorrie, Toby and the team at Haslemere were extremely professional throughout the whole sales process. They dealt with the sale sensitively from day one, as it was a probate sale, and helped us through every step with kindness and consideration. A buyer was found very quickly (within the first day!) and Florrie and Toby were excellent at keeping us up to date at all times, and driving the sale through during some more difficult moments occurring further down the chain. So impressed with their service, I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
