Whilst the sale of my house wasn't straightforward and became quite stressful - Paul Dryden of Henry Adams was extremely helpful. I always had prompt follow up after all viewings and whenever I raised a query or asked for an update he would come back to me very quickly. He was proactive and professional in all his dealings, and I cannot rate him highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

It was a real pleasure working with Paul and the team to get my house sold. Paul was consistent in his determination, help and support to sell my property, He was also patient and understanding, especially when there was lots of toing and froing. I did shop around when looking for an estate agent and there was something different about Henry Adams. They were professional, prepared and enthusiastic at our first meeting, which continued right through until the property was sold. So, I would definitely recommend Henry Adams to anyone wishing to sell their house.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Big thank you to Henry Adams for such a professional service. The manager Paul Dryden was helpful, patient, professional, responsive to emails and to returning phone calls. The process became complicated and lengthy and Paul liaised with estate agents and solicitors to ensure we got to completion. AWFUL

AWFUL - WOLVES - harassed me during lockdown in 2021 - TRAVEL and TOURISM sector did not need this ontop of everything else going on - pushed me out in the end - judged and assumed but only made and ass out of themselves. What goes around comes around Emily! AND after I upscaled the damp apartment and garden the landlord put the rent up! Hang your heads in shame! Not even worthy of a 1 star!

I was in frequent contact with Emma during the conveyancing process which was, at times, problematic. I found her to be calm. informative and professional. Whenever I had a query Emma was always quick to respond. She was easy to talk to with a good sense of humour!! I would like to thank Emma for her support now that I am happily esconced in my new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Professional, supportive and responsive to requests throughout the buying process. Provided timely and excellent support in helping liaise with our vendor to resolve some significant legal conveyancing issues that would otherwise have taken a long time thru solicitors. I would particularly like to mention Emma Crouch and her team for going the extra mile to allow us to view the property in the first instance during the Covid crisis and her flexibility and realistic "can do" attitude turned our viewing in to a sale. If you want an Agent to help sell your property and support prospective clients throughout and ensure the sale actually happens and doesn't simply hand the baton on to solicitors but ensures the chain stays alive and the sale of your property happens then use Henry Adams / Emma Crouch are highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
