Constant communication has really helped keep my spirits up, knowing that Jade and Paul were both pushing the purchase. GoogleThe service provided by Melissa Twinn and her colleagues at Henry Adams has been outstanding. They provided excellent advice and an exceptional service before the property was fully under their management and this has continued now the property is with them. Melissa and her team carried out a highly professional handover of old and new tenants and ensured that any work that needed to be done was organised and carried out within a couple of days. I can not fault their full management service - highly recommended!

GooglePaul, Linda and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the process. Great marketing, good photos and prospectus for the house. We had a lot of interest in the house and achieved a really good price. We lost our first buyers due to an issue further down the chain, they put the house back on the market and we found an even better buyer with 24 hours, so we didn’t lose the house we were buying. The agents further up the chain were dreadful, but the team at Henry Adams did a fantastic job of managing them. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleWe have just purchased a new build property with the help of Henry Adams. From the moment we started the process the team at Henry Adams were fantastic but a special thank you needs to go to the wonderful Lisa Atkins. The buying process was a little challenging due to a difficult buyer but Lisa did everything she possibly could to ensure she pushed our agent , the buyer, the buyers agent and everyone else in the chain! This was a daily occurrence and without her, we may have had a different outcome. Lisa did a fabulous job in managing the developers expectations and it worked out perfectly in the end. GoogleWe purchased our first house via Henry Adams recently and felt so supported throughout the whole process. More than any other estate agent we really felt like we had someone who was rooting for us and Alison Martin was a huge part of that. She made the whole process painless which is a big achievement considering how stressful buying a house is. They also gave us a gift when we picked up the keys which really made it sink in and was such a thoughtful touch. Wouldn't hesitate to go through them again.
