Really poor communication from Siobhan and throughly disappointed. Had arranged to view two rental properties for Saturday afternoon and was told on Friday the first property was now under offer. Not an issue, I was then offered to view a different property in the same area and scheduled in for 11:30. Saturday morning 10:45am I am having to chase to find out the address of the property. I rang the office number to then be told by she would be contacted to get in touch with me. I followed this up with another email asking for the address. No response and no one bothered to get back in contact with me. Saturday morning wasted.

I had locked myself out of my flat of the bank holiday coronation weekend. I spoke to Viv who made the effort to find a colleague who would meet me at their offices and give me a spare key. That colleague was Ana-María. Firstly she was prompt. Secondly she was incredibly organised and always has been since I have dealt with Henry Adams. She turned up with a smile and friendly manner you wouldn’t expect of someone who had travelled 1 hour on their day off. However the thing that struck me most was how well the staff work together and how much they seem to value each other. They both seemed to have a real appreciation for each other and there appears to be such a warm and friendly atmosphere in their office. Many thanks.
