GoogleTo be honest I approached looking for a new place to live with a little trepidation. We all hear the horror stories. BUT my dealings with the Team at Henry Adams were flawless. Alex and Steph were both professional and friendly. Always making themselves available, returning calls and emails. I was looking for someone based in and who understood the area I was looking to move to and I found them. The welcome box and card is a lovely touch as well. It all makes a big difference when you're in the middle of what is usually a stressful situation. Highly recommended.

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

GoogleExcellent customer service. I needed a property with parking but the one I went to view had neither an allocated parking space no residential parking permit. Byron went above and beyond by contacting the Havant Borough Council just to get a residential parking permit for me. His customer service is simply fantastic. Keep it up Byron and thumbs up to your team. I highly recommend Henry Adams!!! Thanks!

We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had. From the moment we started the process the team at Henry Adams were fantastic but a special thank you needs to go to the wonderful Lisa Atkins. The buying process was a little challenging due to a difficult buyer but Lisa did everything she possibly could to ensure she pushed our agent , the buyer, the buyers agent and everyone else in the chain! This was a daily occurrence and without her, we may have had a different outcome. Lisa did a fabulous job in managing the developers expectations and it worked out perfectly in the end. GoogleWe purchased our first house via Henry Adams recently and felt so supported throughout the whole process. More than any other estate agent we really felt like we had someone who was rooting for us and Alison Martin was a huge part of that. She made the whole process painless which is a big achievement considering how stressful buying a house is. They also gave us a gift when we picked up the keys which really made it sink in and was such a thoughtful touch. Wouldn't hesitate to go through them again.

All the staff from speaking to Henry Adams on the phone lovely and polite throughout. Gemma has a lovely way about her. Not only is she professional but a very kind person who always had the time to speak to me on the phone over the silly questions I may have had.
