GoogleSteve was an amazing support, helpful and patient with myself and my mother. It had been a long and arduous process which wasn’t Steve’s fault but he made everything more manageable to cope with. He would phone me regularly keeping me updated on everything regarding the chain and how we were progressing. When something stalled he would get right onto it and deal with it. Steve was the estate agent at Henry Adams who was selling the house of our buyers, we were in fact selling through their Midhurst office but sadly we didn’t experience the same care and consideration by the Midhurst office and so decided to deal only with Steve and his office. I can highly recommend you using this estate agents and ask for Steve, if you are selling or buying, Steve is honest, straight, cares for his clients and in the end gets it all sewn up. He even called me on the day of the move to see how my mother and I were and again the following week to check in on her. An amazing man and an amazing team at this branch..THANK YOU ..

GoogleAfter a rocky start (there were a whole load of errors on the draft details and it was clear that they had simply copy and pasted the details from a previous marketing of the house, without noting that an extension had been built - which caused us to question their fee!), things improved markedly. Communication with the sales team in the Emsworth office was efficient and timely and the sale was completed within 6 months of going on the market and with minimal fuss. Thank you.

Never ever would I deal with this company again. Their unprofessional and completely uncaring attitude throughout my dealings with them has left a very bitter taste. I have never dealt with such difficult agents who have showed not one iota of decent customer service. I am just so saddened and disappointed. Please don’t respond HA I’m really not interested in anything you have to say.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Henry Adams in Middleton highly enough. Ben and the team provide a great service and really advocated for us and their client during a sale that was made difficult by a solicitor. They did everything they could to ensure the sale ran as smooth as possible.

GoogleMark Peacock did a really good job for us over many months and in some trying circumstances. I would not recommend anyone going to auction and we should have stayed with Henry Adams throughout the process but in the end Mark got the job done. With good humour throughout and very responsive communications.

Middleton on Sea Henry Adams team changed my view of estate agents! From the outset they were efficient and kind. Through to the post sale they never stopped being supportive. I say team, because all of them were on the sale. Not once did I ring up and get passed off because the main contact was unavailable. They all took interest and worked together from start to finish. Even post completion they continued to help! A great an positive experience...and a quick sale!
