GoogleLinda and the team at the Haywards Heath office were wonderfully helpful, supportive, professional and great communicators during the purchase of my daughters new home. We could not have asked for more in ensuring everything went smoothly through from the first viewing to completion. My daughter will certainly be using Henry Adams when she decides to upsize to her next property

Viewed a couple of properties with the Bognor Regis office of Henry Adams, neither were suitable for my needs but found the staff very helpful and professional, especially Carol who showed us round. She is an asset to the company, very friendly, honest and down to earth.

The team at Henry Adams Horsham were excellent. I was selling my late mother's house as a Probate sale. The conveyancing process took longer than expected and the team, especially William Rowe-Britton really pushed hard to get the sale progressed.

GoogleI rented my house out via Henry Adams Emsworth. Suitable tenants were quickly found. Communication with Byron was great, everything explained clearly and actioned promptly and he has been proactive every time: I have never had to chase for a response. I would recommend Henry Adams to other landlords.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! I’m new to the Horsham area and Alex, James and the rest of the team have been stellar in getting everything processed very quickly for my new rented flat. It doesn’t hurt that they’re incredibly friendly and personable too. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleHenry Adams were our sellers estate agents. They were at the top of the chain but continually went above and beyond chasing multiple steps in the chain to help push the entire chain over the line. They were always professional and proactive. Would definitely recommend.

TrustpilotGreat service from the Storrington team
We recently rented a property through Hentry Adams Storrington. From start to finish Alex and James made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free, a very different and much more pleasant experience than when we rented through one of the big chain Estate agents a few years ago! Both were (and are) easily contactable and a pleasure to deal with; helpful, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Henry Adams Storrington, without any hesitation, to anyone looking to rent a property.

TrustpilotBreaches of Fiduciary Duties
Truely appalling before, during and after our sale process concluded. We are currently pursuing a legal remedy against Henry Adams, Horsham as they were in breach of their fiduciary duties to us as their client. Additionally, they did not inform us when the sale fell through, but instead felt it was appropriate to tell other parties without telling us. Both our solicitor and two other Agents in the chain said they felt that this branch of Henry Adams were disingenuous throughout, and had only hindered the process, possibly strongly influencing the buyers ultimate decision to withdraw. Avoid.
Agent replied · 23 August 2024
We thank you for your feedback. We are keen to ensure of the best value to all of our customers, so we will of course be taking the time to consider your comments and a member of the Horsham team will respond to you directly.

TrustpilotGreat experience
I’m in my 5th year of letting a property through Henry Adam’s Bognor Regis. And I’ve just recently bought another one to be let by them. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone. Especially Rachel, Jodie and James. They always keep me up to date with everything. And at all times are pleasant and polite. I would thoroughly recommend there services.

GoogleRecently had a property viewing with Charlotte. She was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, any information she didn't have was sent through promptly after the appointment. Charlotte was super thorough, even covering mortgages, conveyancing and surveys, which others we have dealt with haven't. Thank you Charlotte. You made the experience of viewing a property so much easier. Will definitely recommend you to others.
