The Green & Co team helped us in August last year. We had seen a property that they were representing earlier in 2025 but we did not have ours on the market and so missed it. Not longer after an interesting property became available and the Green & Co team were very accommodating and understanding of our need for many questions and multiple visits, sometimes at a moments notice. No idea how they sell properties

No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.

We used Green & Co to complete the sale of our property, and of all the estate agents we spoke to, they were by far the least pushy and the most professional. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team were always contactable by phone or email and very quick to respond to our MANY questions. Jason completed the initial valuation and was refreshingly realistic about what our expectations should be. Yilmaz did a brilliant job with the photos and handling enquiries, and Nichola was always on hand as legal queries were raised. We also used Kirsten as our mortgage adviser, and the best way to describe her is “on it.” She tracked rates closely and secured us the best package for our new purchase and life insurance. The whole team fully deserve a 5-star rating, and I have already recommended them to others.
