We cannot praise Freeman Foreman enough for the proactive quality of their service, customer care and efficiency. Communications with them have been friendly, efficient and always timely. As we have sold and bought through them in one move, we have amassed ample evidence of both sides of their business. Our house sat sadly on the market with another agent for 3 months with absolutely no obvious interest or viewings arranged. Within 8 hours of appointing Freeman Foreman we we delighted to have 2 viewings arranged, and a successful offer quickly followed. The purchase of our new home was made via their Tunbridge Wells branch and the relationship between both offices and ourselves has been seamless and coordinated. Myself and my wife were extremely pleased with how Freeman Forman handled the sale of our property in Heathfield considering the market being tough at this time. Greg was very generous with his time for the initial discussion and was more than happy to take over when we initially went with a different agent. We got our keys to our new house yesterday. I just want to say a huge huge thank you to both Ed King and Rebecca Lee for all your help and professionalism. We unfortunately found ourselves having to leave our current home due to our landlady selling. I reached out through right move and had a very friendly guy called Ed call me and invite me to view the property I wanted. At the viewing he was more than happy to spend some time with us having a good look around. Between then and yesterday there was no delay in answering any queries we had or getting things moving forward at a very good pace. In total from viewing to us having the keys was only 2 weeks and 2 days. This is also with us having a third party involved which could of really slowed things down. Even after we had the keys Ed and the team have really gone above and beyond to help us with small teething problems and even came to the property today to sort a small issue. Ed's bright attitude and kindness have made this whole moving house business a lot easier and less stressful. I honestly couldn't fault him or Freeman foreman and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you from me and my family for being so absolutely amazing.
