Uckfield appears to be blessed with so many really good estate agents and Freeman Foreman raised the bar yet higher. From the appointment viewings all the way through the sales process to completion the team were exemplary and went beyond the call of duty. Ross was amazing, Anne too. We are hoping not to move again any time soon, but when we do there is at least one decision that will be easy to make in selecting our agent.

I honestly cannot express how amazing Freeman Forman were throughout our house move. My partner called to cancel a viewing we had at the weekend and spoke to a lady who should have relayed it to the agent we were dealing with. Today, I get a call the day before this viewing was supposed to go ahead from the agent asking if we were all set to which I had to awkwardly explain that we’d already cancelled the viewing, something which he had NOT been notified of. The agent hung up on me in a huff and puff which I thought was quite rude. I rang back to see where the miscommunication had happened but couldn’t get an answer. It’s really not difficult to pass information like this along!
