I honestly cannot express how amazing Freeman Forman were throughout our house move. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together, and we felt so supported from start to finish. Jasmin in particular was absolutely incredible. She was such a lovely person to liaise with, kept us regularly updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was sorted without us ever having to chase. During what can be such a stressful process, that level of communication and care made such a huge difference. I’m genuinely blown away by how valued they made us feel as customers. We are so grateful for everything they did to help make our move happen, and we would without hesitation use Freeman Forman again in the future. Thank you so much, especially to Jasmin, for making the whole experience feel that little bit easier and so much more personal.

Overall a very good experience from Freeman Forman Both Jas and Janine were very helpful in getting us through the application process which wasn't straight forward Also was very happy after discussing the issues we had trying to find a property to rent from other estate agents. The issues we had with my daughter, they were very helpful in looking into this and still giving us the opportunity to still go through the application process to see if we could get the property, where others wernt willing to do that We very much appreciated that
