We had a great experience with Freeman and Foreman trying to search for a house, highly recommend them. Especially William McAuliffe was absolutely fantastic as our mortgage advisor. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I bought our property and even Freeman & Forman is our seller’s agent, they helped us so much and made this stressful process easier for us beside they provided an exceptional service. I found the whole team to be proactive and professional. It’s a series of ups and downs when selling and buying a property and what you need is an agent to be there always for you. Unfortunately we couldn’t get same support from our agent . All the team were amazing but special mention to Hector who was simply fantastic. Their lettings team is useless and expensive

I can’t speak to the Freeman Forman sales team but my experience with their lettings team in Heathfield was terrible. I hired them to manage a property several hours away while my late husband was ill and I couldn’t manage or visit the property myself. They charged me an exorbitant amount for this service each month and I have nothing to show for it but a trashed house in need of thousands of pounds of repairs. They let to terrible tenants who ruined the house and garden, but even worse, Freeman Forman neglected to do an end of tenancy inventory so I couldn’t keep the tenant deposit to offset the cost of repairs. One of their letting agents even admitted to me that they dropped the ball. But of course Freeman Forman did nothing to make things right for me or take any financial responsibility for their mistakes and poor service. They are either incompetent or sleazy or both. Avoid Freeman Forman lettings, it’s an expensive rip off!

As mentioned in a previous review, Hector has been fantastic from on-boarding my property all the way to the sale. And always ensuring that I am happy with the service provided. I can honestly say that Bonnie (Ebony) has been the most fantastic agent, even with my solicitor thanking her for her due diligence and pushing the sale through a tough economic climate. F&F are competitive with price but not lacking quality of service. Would highly recommend and have already instructed the on my next property sale!
