GoogleOverall a very good experience from Freeman Forman Both Jas and Janine were very helpful in getting us through the application process which wasn't straight forward Also was very happy after discussing the issues we had trying to find a property to rent from other estate agents. The issues we had with my daughter, they were very helpful in looking into this and still giving us the opportunity to still go through the application process to see if we could get the property, where others wernt willing to do that We very much appreciated that

GoogleWe recently purchased a home being sold through Freeman Forman Robertsbridge branch and could not be happier with the service we received. Carl was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable on the house and nothing was too much trouble, including arranging lots of viewings for us. He went above and beyond during the whole process to chase solicitors and constantly kept things moving for us on all ends of the chain. Would highly recommend this branch!

GoogleI highly recommend Freeman Forman in Robertsbridge. Matt, Carl and Charlotte have all been fantastic from start to finish. I mainly worked with Matt and Carl and they were highly professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the market while also being an absolute pleasure to work with. They are excellent communicators and responded promptly to my enquiries. They gave sound measured advice and coached us through the long and sometimes difficult process. I personally felt very well supported by the team and really appreciated the way that everyone went above and beyond.

GoogleVery smooth experience, much, much better than other agents we have come across in Tunbridge Wells Professional viewing from Ebony and then excellent (but also honest) communication from Fiona throughout our purchase process Our two previous purchases with local competitors, we pulled out of one was due to agent inability and the other was due to feeling we we're being bounced into a purchase that wasn't right None of this we felt with Freeman Forman

GoogleWe recently bought our first house through Freeman Forman and the experience that we has been brilliant. Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. GoogleUckfield appears to be blessed with so many really good estate agents and Freeman Foreman raised the bar yet higher. From the appointment viewings all the way through the sales process to completion the team were exemplary and went beyond the call of duty. Ross was amazing, Anne too. We are hoping not to move again any time soon, but when we do there is at least one decision that will be easy to make in selecting our agent.

What really stood out was the genuine interest she took in understanding not just what I’m looking for now, but also my future requirements too. This is something I didn’t get from other estate agents (not Freeman Forman) She was positive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. GoogleUpdate (2026): Seven years after buying our first home through Freeman Foreman, we decided to sell. We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice. Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track. Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. --- Original review (2019): As first-time buyers, Natasha, John and Hannah were so patient, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. They kept us updated, answered all our questions and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Such reliable people and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
