GoogleMy partner called to cancel a viewing we had at the weekend and spoke to a lady who should have relayed it to the agent we were dealing with. Today, I get a call the day before this viewing was supposed to go ahead from the agent asking if we were all set to which I had to awkwardly explain that we’d already cancelled the viewing, something which he had NOT been notified of. The agent hung up on me in a huff and puff which I thought was quite rude. I rang back to see where the miscommunication had happened but couldn’t get an answer. It’s really not difficult to pass information like this along!

GoogleI recently sold my house through Freeman Forman in Robertsbridge and had a really positive experience throughout. Matt, Carl and Charlotte were all fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were attentive, approachable and clearly very knowledgeable about the local market. I particularly appreciated how realistic they were with the valuation of the property. Rather than overpromising, they gave honest advice on pricing which ultimately helped the sale move forward smoothly. Their guidance felt genuine and based on experience, which gave me confidence in the process. Communication was excellent the whole way through. Matt, Carl and Charlotte always kept me in the loop, provided updates after viewings, and were quick to respond whenever I had questions. Selling a house can be stressful, but their support and professionalism made it much easier. I would happily recommend Freeman Forman in Robertsbridge to anyone looking to sell their property locally.
