GoogleAwful experience. As a landlord I can honestly say the management of my property has been disgusting. Lack of communication to both myself and tenants, resulting in property damage that I have had to stump the cost of. Management agent Countrywide is a farce, two of the staff members I’ve dealt with have been totally incompetent in their jobs, I believe I have been fed a lot of lies. I’ve asked for a paper trail of one of the issues raised, but they have been unwilling to provide. I’m not quite sure what I pay the massive fees for monthly as they don’t appear to do anything? Certainly not manage the property. I’ve been promised apologies from the regional manager and promised I would see an improvement... ha... have yet to see either. Communication is dire. I’m frankly disappointed, disgusted and frustrated with my management team and the company as a whole. Have the issues been sorted? No. Would I recommend? No I absolutely would not. What is going on in that office?

GoogleFreeman and Forman have provided a responsive and professional rental service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The team at the Uckfield branch have been very efficient and friendly.

GooglePurchasing a property I was lucky enough to be introduced to the wonderful Jena Dadswell. She dealt with everything needed to complete the sale, from meeting me for a viewing to working tirelessly chasing up solicitors to get a quick completion. GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Freeman Foreman in Uckfield. It became a complicated and stressful process due to lots of issues between the Solicitors. We can't praise the staff at Freeman Foreman Uckfield enough for their calm, supportive and constructive approach. They were definitely the strongest link in the chain, always happy to help and often going above and beyond. A big thank you to Lucy, Jenna and the rest of the team!

GoogleRubbish service. Yes, we're in a pandemic but somebody must be working from home to answer queries. No such luck, no phone contact, no answer through Rightmove, even an email came back as undeliverable using the address they supplied. Is there anybody there?

During the Government imposed lock down we did have to close our offices and as such were unable to offer a telephone service. GoogleI have just completed on a very tricky sale. No ones fault but Covid and Government departments. The staff at Ringmer office were just brilliant. So supportive, understanding and a delight to work with. They were professional, friendly and quick to respond when needed. This is not my first dealing with Freeman and Forman and I am sure it will not be my last. I thoroughly recommend them and thank them for their brilliant service.

Freeman Forman Tonbridge were exceptionally good at progressing the sale of our house. The buyer's solicitor was very unprofessional and Freeman Forman managed them brilliantly. They communicated well and were patient and reassuring throughout a really stressful time! We were really pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend them.

We had to wait a lot longer than expected to be able to move in to our property. But the agents have been overall very polite and helpful. Daniel (I believe is the manager) replies to all emails and is always quick to help to resolve problems, so all necessary maintenance is carried out promptly. In my experience I would definitely recommend the Eastbourne branch of Freeman Foreman. I hope to continue to live here for many years and appreciate the agents for helping my partner and I secure our first home. I have since recommended them to some friends who now also rent through them at a great price.
