GoogleI was told my offer had been accepted on a property after providing ID and proof of funds. I was congratulated! Days later I looked on Rightmove on a whim and discovered that the property was still offered for sale up to the date of exchange of contracts if offers exceeded my own. I had engaged a, solicitor and paid for searches. Thank goodness things had gone no further. I was told the next day they had received a better offer. The manager, Mr. Nahoor had a cavalier and dismissive attitude when I complained. Disgusting!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWon't be recommending Freeman Forman to any of our friends and family. This particular branch have been an absolute nightmare to deal with, when it came to our old tenants vacating our property. The tenants had left some oily marks on our expensive sisal carpet by the entrance. The agency point blank refused to use a penny of their deposit to pay for the cost of replacing the carpet in the affected area. Instead, someone from the agency accused us of wanting to replace our "old carpet" at the cost of the tenants. It was so incredibly unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism

Apart from handling the sale, they were also very helpful in getting the house ready to put on the market, and I really feel that they went above and beyond what I would expect an estate agent to do on my behalf. GoogleWithin 24 hours of my house going on-line, over a dozen people came to view it, and this was followed by several offers above the guide price, all expertly managed by the Tonbridge team. Right from the beginning, I have received excellent service, which has taken the stress out of putting my house on the market. The on-line details and superb photographs brought out the best of the property’s features. Professional and friendly, responses to queries were quick and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMyself and my sister used Freeman Foreman in Tonbridge to sell our late mothers flat. It was a very distressing time for us and the team at Freeman foreman went above and beyond to take the pressure off. They found us a wonderful buyer, and when that sadly fell through due to no fault of theirs or anyone’s, they found a new buyer in a matter of days. Being part of a bigger group, (Countrywide), meant when we considered renting it out, they were able to put us in touch with their partner firm, and when it came to myself and my sister both signing paperwork and providing ID, it meant they were able to accommodate my sister visitIng a branch within the brand in London. They really did what was best for us, and made the selling process, that came with its speed bumps, as stress free as possible. Arnaud is professional, honest, and straight talking, and just the sort of person you want in your corner getting you the best deal. And Vicky handled our sale with such care, and as much determination to get the deal done as if it were her own. Of course all the obvious things, lovely photos and description, good well vetted prospective buyers, but as with all of these things, you want someone who you can feel genuinely has an interest, and doesn’t just see you as the money you can make for them. We were only selling a small 1 bed flat with Freeman foreman and they treated us and our property, with as much care and respect as if it were a palace. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will absolutely be using them in the future when it comes to selling my own home.PositiveProfessionalism
