GoogleI wanted to express my gratitude to Stuart and team for being such a great help to me with selling my house , purchasing my new home and being able to get a mortgage. I couldn’t go through such a heavy project if I didn’t have support from my lovely Sara Byrne who finalised my mortgage and Hector who was my agent , he was absolute perfect in every way, polite , efficient with updating me and mostly arranging open day and selling my house within 3 days . GoogleAs mentioned in a previous review, Hector has been fantastic from on-boarding my property all the way to the sale. And always ensuring that I am happy with the service provided. I can honestly say that Bonnie (Ebony) has been the most fantastic agent, even with my solicitor thanking her for her due diligence and pushing the sale through a tough economic climate. F&F are competitive with price but not lacking quality of service. Would highly recommend and have already instructed the on my next property sale!

We couldn’t have asked for more. Mark, your endless knowledge and experience was highly valued and went way beyond what we expected. Having not sold a house for a long time we approached this with some trepidation and didn’t know what to expect but your support and guidance was great and from the outset expertly helped us through what we needed to do. The regular update meetings were very helpful as was the feedback after viewings, and whenever we contacted your office it didn’t appear to matter which person picked up the phone, they knew what was going on.
