GoogleI went to Tunbridgewells freeman foreman, in January 2022 , Because I knew and trusted there previous visit to my renovation site at 27 and 27 A tedder road tn4 9es, The manager for sales said we will ve a bidding war for your property mr powell , so I carried on waiting for the bidding war but it never happened then the first buyer pulled out, I agreed to leave the property s on with freeman foreman, then 5 months later after loads of up grade to please the buyers I went to have a chat that was last October 2023 the property had Been on there books for over well over 17 months then on my visit to discuss the sake options one one of the team said to me oh the buyers buyer can not ger a mortgage I said I will ve my keys please and I walked out because I only had another 6 weeks before I had to pay back my bridging loan they the team at foreman freeman knew this,.so I then decided on plan be to save my property from being reprocessed by the courts . I rented it out to save my hard work over 20 yrs of it . So I'm afraid I will never use tfreeman foreman again because I felt there was a load of lied told to me to keep my property on their books so from me one star I would use another estate agent if I was you . I've mentioned no names but it was under handed in telling me the truth . Mr George powell.

GoogleRecently bought our first house through Freeman and Forman Tunbridge Wells and as you can imagine we had a thousand questions which everyone in the branch took a lot of time to answer and even when we were panicking or stressing they were reassuring and helped out massively. I would like to say a huge thank you to Phoebe who was out main contact there she worked incredibly hard to make sure it all went ahead and we are very thankful for her efforts!

GoogleI bought our property and even Freeman & Forman is our seller’s agent, they helped us so much and made this stressful process easier for us beside they provided an exceptional service. I found the whole team to be proactive and professional. It’s a series of ups and downs when selling and buying a property and what you need is an agent to be there always for you. Unfortunately we couldn’t get same support from our agent . All the team were amazing but special mention to Hector who was simply fantastic. And a final thank for their thoughtful present to us as house warming . Highly recommended.

GoogleWe put our house on at a really bad time, but there was constant communication, guidance and positivity, especially from Hector. In the end we sold the house and it was a really smooth experience, completing in 3 months. I would definitely recommend them as agents.

Regular viewings were secured, despite difficult market conditions and once an offer was received the support in getting the sale completed was excellent. Regular contact and updates were provided.
