GoogleDreadful Estate Agent. Overpaid for the poor service received. When listed all we weren’t happy about, including witnessing one of their negotiators leaving people viewing our property in the bungalow UNATTENDED whilst they showed others the garage, and asked for a reduction in the fee we were point blank refused…they may have good reviews on here but check Feefo they have 50% ONE STAR reviews!!! Typical corporate couldn’t care less attitude!

GoogleFreeman Forman in Heathfield has been great. We had the pleasure of working with Katie, who's been amazing from start to finish. She was very prompt in responding to queries, always providing us updates (which can be rare, especially as buyers) overall, very professional and lovely. I also really appreciated the buying process, and the company didn't want to create a bidding war that could become a bit ugly and take away the excitement. Would definitely recommend Freenan Forman , and we'll certainly be looking towards the team if we ever plan to sell. Thanks, Katie!

TrustpilotFreeman Forman Lettings in Eastbourne…
Freeman Forman Lettings in Eastbourne were happy to take the 10% management fees for 20 years when we let our property out through them, but when our tenant decided not to pay the rent anymore they were suddenly very unhelpful, they knew this was crippling us as the interest on the mortgage had shot up and with no rent coming in we were struggling. They did not answer emails we sent to them and rarely answer the phone choosing to decide whether to return calls based on the messages left. I had to talk Sam through the online form to get the Universal Credit paid direct, I can’t believe they didn’t know how to do that and then their account dept refused to pay the rent to us until their agent called the Universal Credit team each month to get a reference number to match to the payment, they didn’t want to do that because Universal Credit are difficult to get through to, it was when I took over that job that I realised the reference number was the same every month, but Freeman Forman staff hadn’t realised that. When our tenant finally left we asked the agent how we went about getting the deposit, they charged us £180 to book a ‘walk through’ with an agent who told us on the day of the walk through that he only charges £50 so despite them knowing we were financially in difficulty they stiffed us for £130. We have 4 rentable properties and I will never use them again.
