GoogleWe had a traumatic experience with our last move and Gareth (plus team in Penwortham) were very sympathetic. This turned our experience around on the present sell and buy. From the start Gareth was kind and curteous. Daniel was really supportive and took time to really listen. Daniel and Gareth cared about the challenges faced by us with buying this new home. Other team members: Jenny, June and Alex also made this difficult journey more enjoyable. GoogleI was in search of my very first rental property but I was living abroad which meant I had to send a third party to view flats for me. After a few failed attempts at finding my 'perfect' home through private landlords I found a lovely little flat advertised by Farrell Hayworth. A couple of days later my parents had arranged a viewing which I attended through Skype. We all instantly fell in love with the flat, it was perfect for my needs and Russell was very accommodating to my large and unusual viewing party, patiently answering questions being fired at him from 3 generations of Doyles. From that moment I knew that I wanted to make my home in the property but as I was abroad at the time it was going to be difficult. Russell worked long and hard to find the way to make it happen for me and that hard work paid off. After 1 week of being back in the U.K. I got the keys to my beautiful new home, I am now settled in and I am happier than I ever thought I could be. My landlords are as wonderful as Russell said they were and my flat is perfect. Russell and his colleagues at Farrell Hayworth went above and beyond to help me, they could have taken an easier tenant for the flat but they decided to work extra hard to get me my dream. I would recommend Farrell Hayworth to anybody who wishes to receive A highly professional service by wonderfully down to earth people. A massive thank you to all who were involved!

GoogleEveryone I dealt with at Farrell Heyworth was extremely professional, from June who I spoke to initially about the sale, through Gareth who explained services provided then took top quality pictures of the property, to Daniel who handled day to day communications. They kept me informed at every stage and did what they said they would when they said they would do it. Highly recommended!

GoogleAs always, I find the staff courteous and efficient. A new tenant was found within a week of advertising, the references done immediately, enabling the tenant to move in within weeks.
