I spoke to Laura from Farrell Heyworth around 6 months ago regarding my rental property but the timings weren’t right for myself and the property I wanted to rent out needed more work than I thought when I bought it so Laura went through everything I needed to know then and said she would contact me in the agreed time of 6 months to catch up and see where I’m up too and that she did! Very efficient and thorough and put me ease throughout the whole process. I don’t live local so I’ve relied on Laura to sort everything...she’s out done herself and made everything easy!
