GoogleOne of the best real estate agents in town. Very helpful and responsible for every detail you may encounter. Mr Coates gives you the best direction you can have to find the house. And Mollie won't let you down in every appointment you may have to get. Also, the referencing was as quick as stated. Highly recommended.

After being a property owner for over 10yrs and never had rental experience, Sarah and her team made the whole application simple and painless. I would recomend the Cleveleys team for anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell as all staff have given 5* service. All viewings & enquiries was addressed on time everytime even at short notice. The whole process from Application to getting my keys was better than expected.

GoogleMy experience with Farrell and Heyworth Fulwood has been brilliant, i dealt with Tom and he has been helpful through the whole process of purchasing a property, from the start where he gave me ideas and picked several houses for me to view after sitting down and listening to my budget, requirements and wishes from a house. He was very friendly and i could contact him anytime even if it was out of working hours. Tom wasn’t pushy towards a sale or pressuring at all, he let me decide for myself and due to this i would recommend him to anyone purchasing a house and go to him again in the future. Overall i was very pleased with the experience and advise anyone who is interested in purchasing a house to use Tom or in fact anyone from Farrel and Heyworth Fulwood as they all made you feel welcome and made the whole experience of buying a house an absolute delight.

GoogleHad a valuation appointment scheduled in. Surveyor called to say he would be late. In the end, he never came with no explanation as to why. Tried to ring him, he just ignored calls. Rung to the office, was told they would look into it and was promptly cut off. Avoid these time wasters.

GoogleMe and my girlfriend have just been working with Farrell and Heyworth for the purchase of a house. All the staff were wonderful, especially Suzanne. She was extremely friendly always and kept us updated at every step! Working with these made the stress of buying a house much less. As well as Farrell and Heyworth we working with a wonderful broker from the Mortgage Advice Bureau called Jane, we see her more as a friend now! Her service was perfect the whole time. Would advise anybody to go through Farrell and Heyworth and The Mortage Advise Bureau if they’re wanting a smooth transition to a new home

The property you viewed received a huge amount of interest and an application has now been successful on the property. We did have an issue on the day you were in branch with our printer but this has now been resolved. They answered all our questions quickly, helped speed up our application process when they found out about our move out date and were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. GoogleGrade 1 outstanding ' Outstanding services that I can’t rate highly enought. Right from the start with James doing the valuation to Stevie and Gina getting me through to completion. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone and they will do everything they can to make the process as stress free as it can be. The girls in the office are fantastic and they are really friendly, who work extremely hard to get the results. I feel like I have gained a set of friends! I was on with another agent beforehand and they did nothing. The team at FH Bolton got to work straight away and the first viewer bought the house. I can highly recommend Farrell Heyworth great estate agent that get the job done. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe asked Farrell Hayworth to list and sell our house, in January, Simon the Manger from Garstang Rd office came and valued our property for sale, the advice he gave us was to prove invaluable along the way. We had found a property and had an offer accepted, Simon handed the responsibility over to Tom to market and sell our house, which he achieved in less than 3 weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of the sale and start the process again. Within 1 hour Tom had us another buyer who had sold their property and looking to by in our area, the house was viewed and sold immediately. We had found another property to buy and the wheels were put in motion. Simon, Tom, Alison and the team at Farrell Hayworth Fulwood Branch, went above and beyond what we would expect from an estate agency, they became the hinge pin and driving force between the solicitors, our buyers and ourselves, absolutely nothing was to much trouble. Our sale and purchase completed, but not without a couple of hitches, again Simon, Tom and Alison stepped up to bring everything back on track. They are not only Estate Agents, they are professional, committed, friendly but above all a credit to the company. After the service we received throughout the process, our gratitude is immeasurable, we would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team to anyone.

He was excellent and I am not exaggerating when I say that my property was sold in record time for the full asking price. 3 days upon it going live and I had an offer for the full asking. I'm the first to admit that I wasn't the easiest to work with, but Simon and the rest of the team were brilliant. Head and shoulders above the competition.
