The Dawsons Mumbles office handled the sale of our property from the initial detailing of the property, the search and introduction of any potential buyers and continual updating of any potential buyers requirements to allow us to always be up to date with the progress of the property sale and provide any information requested. The service provided was first class by whoever you spoke with and as all details were logged on their systems there was never an issue with one person not knowing what the other had completed or requested. Dawson's have been an excellent estate agent. The whole team have always been professional and so easy to deal with. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. They have given us good feedback on our property. Plenty of notice prior to viewings and good advice on offers and potential property for us to buy. We have decided to take a break from selling our one but would defiantly return to Dawson's in the future!

Andrea was more than just helpful; she regularly kept us informed about the purchase, often ahead of our solicitor. Andrea's patience and cheerful personality always left us feeling confident about progress and she often communicated directly with the vendors in order to deal with specific enquiries. In short, Andrea is highly professional and has warm and natural communication skills. Her overall approach in dealing with us was very welcome during the purchase, a period of time which was a source of some stress. We have no hesitation in recommending Dawsons: they are knowledgable, helpful, efficient and highly professional.

Don't go to anyone else to handle your property sale. The team at Sketty have been consummate professionals. They had a bit of a challenging time with us as clients - I like prompt responses and to have confidence that everything is being done according to instructions. The whole team were able to deal with anything we threw at them, with grace and charm and clear professional skills. Their expertise and energy has been very welcome. They have ensured a smooth path through what might have been a difficult process. When we first looked for an estate agent, we paid several companies a visit. Other companies simply didn't seem as energetic or committed or as welcoming. I especially would commend Helen and Alison for going above and beyond the call of duty. What always matters is the outcome, of course. Because of their professional advice, we have sold the property for £13,000 more than we first thought was achievable. Why would you go anywhere else?

Have been using Alison at Dawsons, Sketty for very many years and would not use anyone else! The team at Sketty are exemplary and always go the extra mile to make sure that their clients are happy with the service they get. We put our property on the market on a Friday and it had sold first viewing by close of business the following Monday. We were updated weekly and they pulled out all the stops to make sure that the completion deadline was reached for our new build purchase. Would have no hesitation in recommending this branch or the team!

I am in the process of selling my property via a Dawson s Morriston branch and felt the need to post & make others aware of the excellent service i have received to date.I speak to Natasha very frequently whom I find very easy to deal with and has outstanding customer relations, She is very knowledgeable and her advice and support in invaluable, I can't commend Natasha enough. She keeps me regularly updated and has taken the stress and anxiety out of the whole selling process. The other staff in the branch are always very helpful, of a friendly disposition and provide me with a 1st class service along with Natasha. I Cannot recommend this branch enough when selling a property, many thanks to you all.

I can't rate the sales team highly enough.. Alison Williams was the consummate professional and made me feel that I was always her number 1 priority, a special talent when the whole team are so busy! Whenever I called the office the notes on file from all the staff were comprehensive meaning there was great continuity of service throughout the entire sale process..
