The ladies in the Sketty branch delivered a very personal service, tailored to my personal needs. This was particularly welcome as someone needing to sell from a distance. Price-wise, Alison and the team got me what I what I wanted for the house, and were always willing to offer candid and honest advice, which I genuinely trusted, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Dawson's again and can highly recommend their services.

Property sale organised by Dawsons at Morriston. Problems seemed to keep arising. alternative solutions were suggested by the team. This team held firm and got everything in place to complete the sale chasing up whenever the process seemed to be in danger of falling behind due to problems generated elsewhere.. After many years in the rental market we decided to sell up and pull out. The property was put on the market by Dawsons Sales at the Morriston branch. Unfortunately the owner of the property passed away in early January which meant that the sale was hindered by probate and officialdom. The staff at the Morriston branch were able to keep the ball rolling for me during this very sad period and the sale has been completed with minimum of fuss and very little involvement required by me. All the staff especially Tracy at Dawsons are worth their weight in gold...
Thank you Mr Parker we were against it on time but with your solicitors assistance we all worked well together to meet the deadline at a very difficult. time. Our very best wishes to you for the future.

Having had a really difficult time trying to sell my property through various different local agents and online agents for a long period of time, I don't know why I didn't come to Dawsons first it would have saved me time, money, the lack of inexperience from other estate agents and I would have sold my property a lot faster. Julie and Robyn are exceptional,honest,hardworking, professional, supportive and truly unique individuals that I will never forget. They dealt with everything, I didn't need to follow them up trying to find out what was happening, how viewings went something I did do previously. There written and verbal communication was outstanding very concise, clear and to the point. For the first time in a long time i could just carry on with my daily routine knowing everything was safe in there hands. they are outstanding and a true credit to Dawsons and I am so glad I had great people guide me and help me cause without them Dawsons would just be another estate agent, but I truly believe they make Dawsons and when you sell your property you will not be disappointed. After some deliberation I decided to approach Dawson's Estate Agents with a view to selling my property. It was recommended that I go to auction. At the first meeting. I met Julie the Auction Manager and I was impressed with her pleasant manner and knowledge of the auction process.. I remember her parting comment at the conclusion of the meeting "Don't worry , we will look after you" which, as events unfolded proved to be no idle gesture. As time went on I became even more impressed with her pleasant manner, professionalism, and efficiency. We were let down by the first buyer who we believe couldn't obtain a mortgage. We lost almost 3 months with that but Dawsons Mumbles found another buyer as soon as they could and we proceeded from there.

Can't thank dawsons Morriston branch ( natasha & andrea ) enough for how quick and easy they made the sale for me. always keeping me up to date with viewings and potential buyers and also giving me a realistic price on my property, which unfortunately could not be said for Purple bricks ( samantha sullivan) who valued it at £20,000 less than what it actually sold for.
